Please let us know via email if something is not right with your order/products. Time frame is 24 hours after you received your order. Please note that all products are handcrafted and may have small differences like colour, etc. We do not do any money refunds, we will replace the goods within 14 working days.

Please note that our lead time is 5-7 business days, excluding delivery, after payment reflects in our bank account.

The paper in the origami has been treated to withstand rain and to maintain it’s structure. Therefore it differs from one folded design to another. Variations in the colour of the paper should not be considered a fault but inherent of the beauty and uniqueness of the jewellery. As every piece of origami is different the colour and folds are made a little differently during the folding and jewelry making process causing irregularities in the consistency and depth of the colour and structure.

Origami will always have different folds and colour patterns, as well as the overall earrings themselves. These differences  or irregularities should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of handcrafted origami products. Our paper origami products are lovingly handmade. Some paper folding and jewelry work irregularities are only an indication that your product was made by hand and not mass-produced. Please take into account that little flaws in the folding and jewelry work, such as skewness or colour, can be considered part of the story of your product. These type of defects do not warrant a refund.
